Spy Academy

Stop conventional thinking. Now is now, and now is different to then. Spy Academy™ creates an agent crime fiction based on the company's own visions and values. The level is high, time constraints and requirements to think in a new and different way, when the seemingly simple challenge changes character over and over again.

Spy Academy™ teaches the participants to think of possibilities rather than limitations, and quickly change focus when requirements and expectations change. In Spy Academy™, the daily tasks are replaced with a tense agent universe.

It is important that you are committed, show understanding for planning and can motivate the team to break the many codes that you meet on the way. It is Spy Academy™, and it is immensely challenging!

The assignments will be different, and one of the most important skills you will use is your ability to shift focus quickly and be ready for change.

You will experience many parallels to your everyday life, and the goal of the activity is to give the team loads of inspiration to strengthen cooperation and improve the organisation's results. We use your own vision and values for the activity, and you will work with fun and difficult assignments that can be carried out both indoors and outdoors.

The result is efficient team building in a record time - Let the agent loose!

 We focus on:
  • How fast can you adapt to new demands and expectations?
  • Are you focused on what can be done or what is not possible?
  • You will meet a number of exciting and fun challenges that requires your efficient cooperation,      planning, communication and readiness for change
  • How do we use time and other resources in the team?
  • Do we cooperate and have we agreed on the same goal and the means to reach it?
  • Are we really performing as well as we can?
  • If you do as you normally do, you often only achieve what you normally achieve!
  • That the entire team learns to increase the limits for what you can achieve together. Raising the bar
  • Increasing managers' and co-workers' understanding and accepting of common goals (e.g. the vision)
  • Strengthening cooperation and the interest for "pulling together"
  • Becoming aware of what steps each must take to achieve excellent results
